Individual mindfulness sessions

These are for those who can’t make it to my courses or retreats or prefer assistance with keeping up a regular mindfulness meditation practice, as well discuss any questions that may arise at home (or wherever you choose to practise!), I offer one-to-one sessions using Zoom (prefered) or Skype.

One-to-one: the sessions last 30 minutes and cost NZ$35 per session, or $350 for 12x weekly sessions booked in advance.

Bring a friend: you plus 1 or 2 friends: the sessions last 30 minutes and cost NZ$50 per session, or $490 for 12x weekly sessions booked in advance.

Payment is through PayPal and must be received 24 hours before the session starts.
